Do you think its a violation of a person's rights to pass a drug test before getting any government aid?

Look at it for a minute.We have drugs flowing into this country like water over Niagara Falls & guns that are being used to kill innocent men,women,&children flowing out of this country much the same way.The prisons are so overwhelmed that they can't keep up.Just think of all the money that goes into policing this problem that could be used to better educate our children & teach them to be productive citizens. Is this asking too much?This is the greatest country in the world but we are allowing thugs to ruin it & tear it apart like wild animals. China is sitting with their finger on the trigger & if that happens we are gonna be in deep dodo.Ironically the people who are tearing this country down will be this 1st targets to be hit. They are too dumb to see it.
