Is 2 days for Ottawa and 2.5 days for Toronto enough to see both cities?

I'm arriving to Ottawa on the 19th at midday, leaving for Toronto on the 21, 1 day for Niagara, and 2.5 days for the city of Toronto and leave the 25th. I'm looking for something un-American, if that is existent in either metropolis.
