What do i do im helpless right now :(?

Ive been in a relationship for about a year now and my girlfriend and i have been have arguments and little fights and she wanted an open relationship because she said that she doesn't what she wants and she said she wants the best of "both worlds" her ideal teenage life (partying and having fun and dating other people) and she wants to stay with me. and just recently she said that she wanted a break over the summer (july & August) so she could figure out what she wants. shes also been having these dreams about another guy and her being with him laughing and talking and having fun and she says in her dreams she feels happier with him. she also told me that shes been curious "how he is sexually", i know i haven't been the greatest at sex but im still new at it only been doing it since the middle of march and same with her so im still trying to learn what to do to make a girl happy "sexually". shes also let this guy put his hand on her vagina but not do anything so she says and let him take out her boob. and what hurts me the most is it will be our one year together on june second and she would rather spend time with friends then with me at Niagara Falls :( i dont want to lose her because i lvoe her so much i cant really say anything about another guy touching her because its an open relationship. if anyone could give me advice on what to do it'll be great.
