What is the cheapest car rentals in Ottawa and Toronto?

Most likely me and my boyfriend are going to fly to Toronto from Ottawa and going to get a rental car and drive the rest of the way to Niagara Falls (Canada side) but i am not sure which rental place to get and I need a good travel website to help me out or another person which would be lovely
