Club Mardi Gras, Niagara Falls Canada?

Does club Mardi Gras serve alcohol to 19 year old Americans? i know some clubs near the American boarder won't serve 19 year old Americans because you have to be 21 in America, so I was just wondering. Also, is the Club open on Wednesdays? I wanna go up and celebrate my 19th birthday with a bunch of my girlfriends but I don't know if they will be open on my birthday.
