I am planning to have a honeymoon with my fiancee in the American side of the Niagara falls .. is it worth it?

I always hear that the Canadian side of Niagara falls is the better .. However I am already in America and does not want to go through the VISA issues ( I am not a citizen ) .. what do u say guys? should I go ahead and plan it in the American side? Any hints for a good Honeymoon their ?
