My friend doesn't seem to want to be my bus partner?

We're going to Niagara Falls for our grade 8 grad trip, but I'm so worried that she doesn't want to sit next to me on the bus, it's a four hour ride and I really would like to be happy on the trip, but lately she's been going buddy buddy with some other girls and I've been hanging out with other people. I really want to be her partner, but I don't want her to feel like she's stuck with me so I don't what to do. Help please?
