Notification of police exams in WNY?

Im in the Army right now, and currently deployed. I get out in about 20 months. It's kind of hard from over here to know exactly when exams are going to be held in WNY (Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Livingston and Catt. Counties). It seems like a lot of these exams are more or less word of mouth, so im wondering if there is a website or an e-mail alert service for upcoming exams. I'm already slotted to make up the Buffalo Police Exam when I get back since I'm deployed and the Exam was about 2 months ago. And I know NYS Police have an e-mail notification because I registered. But is there most alerts out there for County Police agencies, small Municipalities or anything of that sort?
