A very confusing math question?

draw a picture of it as a right triangle with the hypotenuse of 300m and the bottom angle being 50 deg. (somehow) use the 50 degree angle to find the height of the kite (triangle) (its gotta be like 100m or something) and then use the pythagorean theorem to find the length of the "river span" (triangle base)
