Where can I get a free Doberman Pinscher?

I had a Dobe 2 years ago and he passed away because he had some heart trouble. I have had ads on Kijiji and been to local adoption centres but no one in our area has a free Doberman that is good with kids and pets. DOes anyone know where I can find one that is easily accessible in the Niagara Region of Ontario CANADA?
